How much is a rebuild on a 110?

A friend of mine at work has a 1979 Honda 110 That is in fair condition. He let a friend of his borrow it and when he returned it the motor was locked up:bash: Any way he said he does not want the 3wheeler anymore and I was wondering if I got it from him about how much a rebuild would cost on one of these little engines? and are they hard to rebuild?

sounds like he ran it hot. if it's just the topend that's damaged (see if there is any oil in the crankcase) you can probably bore & put in a new piston in it for about $100 total.
