I am trying to assemble my 200x engine that came in parts. what is the ring gap on the piston rings?

Top and second ring are 0.008-0.016
oil 0.008-0.031

by the "official" honda shop manual it is
STANDARD
top/sec. 0.20-0.40mm(0.008-0.016in)
sevice limit 0.5mm(0.02in)
OIL
standard 0.30-0.90mm(0.012-0.035in)
