leaky forks

I am going to buy some forks but the guy I am buying from can not say for sure that they don't leak. Is there any way to fix these if they are leaky? If there is a way, how much would it cost?:confused: :shrug:

What are the forks off of?

It's usually the oil seal that leaks, you can usually buy a kit that has one oil seal and one dust seal.

Fork seals are cheap, and fairly easy to replace.

You can buy fork seals off ebay for $ 10 to $15 from ksl. they are cheap. To change them thats a pain in the ass. its realy not that bad. :yup: :yup:
