axle nuts - left or right hand thread ?

the threads are so fine, I can't tell by looking.

left (ccw) to loosen, or CW ?

STANDARD THREAD CCW TO LOOSEN. IVE HAD THEM SO TIGHT THAT IT TOOK A 24" ADJ. WRENCH AND A CHEATER BAR TO BREAK LOOSE.

I'm in the process of tearing down and reassembling a 110, and I couldn't get those suckers loose - thought maybe I was going the wrong way.

My limited tool collection doesn't include a wrench in whatever MM that is ( looks like about a 1 1/2" ). I'll try some heat , after a penetrating oil soak.

can you haul it down to your local tire shop ??? impact will take it right off,,,,,,,,,

I had to use a 24" pipe wrench. They use Loctite or something on those at the factory, but I never have and they've never loosened.
