Fork Question

I was wondering how you add fluid to your forks? I might by forks but he said that he doesn't hear any thing inside of them. He said that maybe they don't have anything in them or they don't leak. Just wanted to know before I buy them.

Most shocks are rebuildable , just make shore the tobes aren't bent.:D
