Ok i finally put on the 200x carb onto my 200s. I bought the kit and rebuilt it first. My problem is i am not getting any gas into the carb. The fuel line is not clogged, yes the fuel is on. But for some reason the bowl doesnt fill up with gas and i cant get it started. Any ideas?

Do you get a good flow of gas out of the line to the carb?.
If so then i would guess either your float isnt ajusted right or isnt opening. Or more then lickly the needle itself isnt opening allowing gas in to the bowl. Make sure it is clean and the needle moves freely so that gas can go through it.
A good way to check them both out is to hook the carb up to the gas line with the bottom of the carb removed. And see if gas flows through it. If not pull the float off and work the needle back and forth until gas starts flowing through. And then put the float back on and check to make sure it shuts off when the float is up and that it flows with the float down.
And you should be set.

it seems that gas runs from the tank to the carb but the carb seems to be clogged where the gas goes in. I took off float and blew through it and nothing comes out. and ideas on how to unclog this

If the float and the needle are out, something is clogging the inlet & has to be pushed out. Could it be a piece of the needle stuck to the seat?

If you have a aircompressor you can use it to blast air into the fuel intake to see if you can dislogde whatever is in there. If not take a small this wire like a bread wrapper wire and run it through there to clean it out.
