i must be stupid! I was recently given what i believe is an '85 (not an '86) 350x. Being a smaller woman with recent right knee surgery I am having an impossible time starting this thing. But when it starts, man does it fly!! I have been doing research over the past weeks and it seems to be a hot item. I've had 2 people beg to buy it already. It seems to run well despite my having a hard time starting it and could use a bit of tlc (small rip in seat, rear handle seems bent a bit, small dime size crack in left rear plastic fender, not sure what else mechanically could be tuned up) Anyway, my question is...I want to get rid of this trike and replace it with a newer 4-wheeler w/ electric start. (please don't throw bottles lol) Can anyone give me an idea of what I could/should be asking for a sale price? I really appreciate your wisdom. I'm located in central Florida.

i've been offered $1,200, I wasn't sure if it was a good deal. Also, I called the local Honda shop and they told me I could not put an electric start on it.

Does anyone know if it actually can be done? I would love to keep this if I can put one on it.

Thanks for welcoming a new person.

yes it can be done. The company is called goki. I think their link is goki.com, but they offer electric start kits that mount on the left (I think) side of the engine.

Once you get the hang of it you'll find tha tit isn't that hard to start...that or you'll have a big right leg. Try standing on your right leg and letting your weight help you push down. got any pics you can post?
