i just changed the head gasket, installed some boysen power reeds and went 2 sizes smaller on my main jet. WOW i can barely hang on!! :lmao: :lmao:

Are you sure going 2 sizes SMALLER on the main jet didnt make your engine run too lean?? Seems like you would want to go the other way if you put reeds or did other work that increases airflow. Just an idea.

actually i was tunning rich to begin with and the boysen instructions said to go a couple sizes smaller. it runs great but i have not pegged it out yet for a plug reading. i am waiting until i finish this tank of gas.
