Thats one heck of a project 200x_basket. But they are not that hard to bolt all the frame stuff together. But look at the good side of it. Some one has all ready taken every thing apart for you. So now it will be east to replace bearings or anything else you have to while it is in pieces :D .
And Kyle i bet yours must really scream with a .030 over kit. Mine is just going to be running stock bore. i want to keep it reliable and my wife has to be able to ride it. And she is allready a little bit nervous about riding it compared to the old 82 200 she was used to riding LOL.

Me and my buddy have his 185s / 200x frame together but where stuck on what to do with the rear brake. Seems the x model runs the petal off the kick start or something. How did you rig yours up can we get a few close up shots of it. Thanks in the mean time nice work pal...:headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I will see if i can get a close up shot of it. I used a 200s brake pedal. And used a long bolt through the rear upper footpeg hole. I just used a piece of hose and put it through the hole on the brake peddal. And a washer on both sides of it. And then just put the long bolt through the washers and brake pedal and through the footpeg mount. Using the stock 200x rear master setup. I took it down to the welding shop. And had them weld two 3" long pieces between the new pedal and over to the bracket on the master cyl. It works great. And i have had to lay on the brakes pretty good a few times. Slidding down steep hills and stuff. And no problem with it bending or twisting. It seemed like a simple solution. And the only other ones i have seen that did this conversion. Had no back brakes at all. But one moe solution i was going to do before i went this route. Was get a old motor cycle front master cyl. And mount it on the left handle bars where your clutch lever would have been. And run a brake hose from there to the sterring head. And then just run steel back line down along the frame to the rear master and just hook on to the hose from the rear master to the rear caliper. It would be a cheap fix. If you have a old motor cycle around. To steal some parts from. But if you go with the rear pedal like mine. You can use the parking brake on the clutch lever. And hook it up permenent to the lever instead of having to hold that button down. And use it like a hand brake as well for your rears. Like the 200s dose with its hand and foot rear brake. It comes in real handy when pulling a big wheelie. And you just cant find the foot pedal to bring it back down again. You can tap the lever and save on some road rash LOL. Hope this helps and i will try to get you some pictures.
Hey Fuzzy did you ever think of useing the foot pegs and master off a Tri z, It looks like a better fit or fix. :headbang:

Sorry I could only get one shoot, batt almost dead. The brake pedle is part of the foot peg. you would have too put on now mounting inserts but it would look original with this foot peg set up. http://adam.cheshire.net/~dads/pic/triz.JPG

I see. The only problem with that is that the 200s motor sticks out a lot farther on the side then a 200x dose. Because of there auto clutch houseing setup. A person could use the stock brake stuff and make a mount for it. But the pedal would come out underneath the motor. And you wouldnt be able to reach it. Notice on this setup how the brake pedal comes out right in the middle of the foot peg. Makes it real easy to get at. And on the other side i had to use the 200s shifter because of the same reason. The motor being so wide.

Hey i figured out a good cheat for the rear brakes. Sence you are not going to use the clutch lever anyways. I took the cable off of the parking brake. And put it right on to the clutch lever. And adjusted the parking brake. It makes a great hand brake now. And will at least give you something to use while trying to figure out how to mount up a foot brake.
