well after like 4 months i got my trike parts and they sent me the rong base gasket is there any way i can make a base gasket out of gasket sheet

you mean head gasket? the metal one? you know the piece of metal with a smaller sheet of steel each side riveted to the main piece?:confused:

no i am talking about the gasket (paper)sealing the jug to the case
the one i have looks like its off a 250 bigred or a 300 honda

oh ok man i'm with what you are saying now. i bought a topend kit for my 83-84 reds a couple of months ago and it has one in there and all ther 200's are the same (not 200x i think) so it should work. did you buy a hole topend kit or top and bottem? or did you just buy the gasket? btw you can get some gasket paper and make one. later i will show you a pic of thre real gasket and the one i made.:thumbsup:

they just sent me the rong one it was for a 86-87 200x (little different base gasket
