timing chain tension on 200x?

how do i adjust it? i read the tech article but it confused me? please tell a dummy how to do it! :lmao:

Let the motor idle, on the left side, behind the cylinder, there is a nut, loosen it(not the one the screws directly into the case, the one that screws into that one). Loosen it a bit, then retighten it, thats it, automatically re-tensions... That help??
