need serious help on 86 200x axel

i have a serious problem
i have just recently replaced the whole rear end of my 1986 200x
but i am missing a piece because there is a gap between 2 pieces on my axel and the dealer says that there are no such piece that existes to fill that gap but partsfish.com shows a piece that the dealer does not have on his fiche


if you look at this pic i do not have part 15 and the dealer says it does not exist so i realy need help:hail:

It looks like it is just a washer. Can you go to you local hardware store and find one that will fill the gap?. Other wise try to oder number 15 from partsfish and see what they say about it. It might not show up in the dealers books because they are no longer available for the dealers to get any more. Maybe discontinued. I know them 86/87 200x parts are getting real hard to come by.
