Well, I haven't picked up my new Powroll 393X yet, but I've already got a dilemma. The BRAND NEW 350X Supertrapp I bought for my old 350X just arrived today. The big bore has a chrome DG headpipe and exhaust on it. My dilemma is this. I have always wanted a Trapp on my bike, mainly because it meets spark arrester requirements, and I DON'T want a ticket. Since Trapp uses a stock headpipe, am I going to be noticeably restricting the exhaust by running the Supertrapp versus the DG with the larger headpipe? I imagine a dyno could see the difference, but will I? NOTE: Aside from occasionally spanking some little 400EX payment-making wanker, I'm not really a racer or anything, but I always like having plenty o' power on tap.
Anyone??? AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

I suck. Please move this to Performance mods.
Thanks!

See if you can fit the trap on the bigger headpipe. My experence is that they are all the same size at the headpipe to exhaust interface.

I'm currently running a Cobra large head pipe with a Super trapp end. I'm sure it will work if the bends are in the right place

So, now I've got my NEW Supertrapp on the chrome DG (actually blue now) headpipe for the local trail riding (with spark arrester), and the chrome DG muffler for the wide-open dune riding trips! :D
It's all good...

if your chrome headpipe has turned blue your motor is running to lean...(if it turnes orange/yellow your to rich)
