pissed off at NYC jet ski riding at waters

yesterday i was riding my full race waveraider and i was tow my 3 wheeler to down to beach then all bunch of my friends , we were rode jet ski in water but U.S PARK POLICE BOAT CAME TO ME AND THEY SAID, " NO JET SKI TO RIDE IN WATER AND REST NYC AREA"

who has same problems to us... i don't want to selling my waveraider, i love it, it is 73 mph! ( 110 race gas, full race motor from riva yamaha )

anyone who live in new york, and where to allowed to ride in water but where!?

that sucks. I've been hearing alot about different areas banning jet skis b/c of assholes who can't help but to annoy other people.

I'm not accusing anyone in particular, but we (ATV riders, jet ski riders, etc.) need to try not to annoy the non-riding public b/c they're the ones who'll say "good riddance" next time someone tries to ban us from somewhere instead of helping us out.

Can you believe that not too far back, I could not have cared less whether or not ATV's were banned from National Parks? Now that I have a couple of them, my mind has sure been changed. I am finding that places to ride are not as easy to find as I thought. I primarily bought mine to take hunting, but I can't stay off of it. Doing a few laps in a field near my house is about the best that I have been able to do for the time being. Best
