what tires for 250r

i need some tires for my 250r. i like to ride fast and slide around the corners. i also trail ride some but not alot of deep mud. what should i get?

From what I hear pro-wedges are the best all-around tire out there.

I like RazR's myself or something liek the stock ones. I also liek Bandits.

i have stock raptor tires on my 86 and love them.when they're shot i'll either get another set or try the spider traks, they're supposed to be really good on 2 strokes

are theses tires flat or round??? what kind of terain are they made for?

ATTEN: Mark B. Spiders are good, but the profile is to high, (22") versus 20", which is what you SHOULD run. Plus the Spiders have these figgan nobs on the very edge of the tire that love to catch when cornering hard. Unless you are 5" or more wider than stock on your axle, stay away from Spiders or anything else 22". Remember, the bigger tires will not only handle sh!tty, they rob power as well.....:) I am STILL trying to decide what to run. The sizes I have narrowed it down to are 20/11/9, or 20/11/10.......stock is 20/10/9:shrug:

I jsut bought some Rear Stock Banshee DUnlops. $5! Cant wait to get em. theyre 20x10-9. THey are gonna go on my new gold rear R rims that are 8x9's. On my 87 200X....

can you run 9" and 10" wide tires on the same size rim? i sure do not need any side bite sliding aroung a corner at 40mph :shocked:

yep. Im running 10 inch wides on my 8 inch wide rims.
