Which Cam???

I Do alot of Hill climbing type stuff, and lots of trail/track riding, I was wondering what cam someone would suggest, When I put cams in my automotive motors its the bigger the better, but I don't wanna lose much if any torque, but really feel the need for more midrange (when I hill climb it tends to start to bog down)
