fork seal removal??

hey there guys,
does any of you know of any tips or advice to remove oil seals out the fork legs,i tried it like says in manual(remove springs fill with oil and compress to pop it out)BUT i thunk the seals more than likely been in there since 1986!!!jus thought id ask b4 i go to totally mangling em up to remove em!!

After you remove the spring , there is a dust seal at tub and slider remove , under it is a clip remove, then you should be able to pull tub out of slider to replace seals. You better have a manual , if you don't put it back together right your F@cked and will be doing it again. good luck:thumbsup:

IV DISMANTLED THEM ALREADY REMOVED DUST SEALS AND THE CLIP,JUS THAt the seals are stuck solid!!!is my only way to get these out to destroy them?dont mind this as obviously replacing em,jus wondered if any of you guys knew of any handy tips to get the b***** out!!

Top oil seal you have to pry out . you don't wont to reuse them any way.
