200X kickstart problem??

I have a 1984 200X that runs good. But all of the sudden when I kickstart it the kickstarter does not spring back to the top it just stays down. The bike still starts but I have to move it back to the original position manualy. Any ideas?

the spring on the inside is broken. it needs to be replaced.:thumbsup:
