fork oil amount?tri z

can any 1 tell me how the correct amount of fork oil for standard 186 tri z forks?iv been told btween 3-400ml,but want to make s ure

My service manual for my Yamaha 225DR say the forks take 3.96 Us oz or around 116ml. I would use at least that much, the forks are longer on the Tri-Z. Someone here should have a manual for the Z..
