Piston for 200X (interchangable???

I was up at the Dennis kirk scratch and dent outlet and found 3 pistons that may or may not fit my 84 200X all three were wiseco brand and had no problems other than being open returns and they were only $53.00 for piston and rings, but they all said 81-85 200, no "s" "x" or anything else and I didn't buy cause I didn't know if they were interchangable, I know the bore was ok one was a 65.5mm overbore and the other was a 66.5mm overbore but is the wrist pin diameter and location gonna work out right? I mean thats like a $40 savings!

They will proble fit but it will drop your compression down and you may not wont to do that . the x has higher compression than the other 200's thats what gives it it's balls :headbang:

Thanx. Thats what I was kinda seeing as I was looking at some of these other web sites, the piston is Identical other than the higher comp ratio for the "x" ... I don't car if it was free, I will not settle for any thing less than "more power" hehehe
